About the program…
If you have questions about Social Security retirement, spouses, or survivor benefits, this luncheon is just for you! Brandon Smith from the Social Security Administration will provide clear and concise information regarding these benefit programs. Brandon will discuss the age, relational, and work requirements for each of these benefits. Medicare and Social Security's online services will also be topics of discussion.
Brandon P. Smith, a native of Cleveland, Ohio, joined the Social Security Administration in 2003 after three years as a teacher in the Diocese of Cleveland. He started his career as a claims representative, specializing in retirement, survivors, disability, and health insurance. In 2007, Brandon became the Public Affairs Specialist with the Social Security Administration in the metro Cleveland area. Brandon is the primary contact for media relations, outreach, and presentations for the agency in Cuyahoga, Lake, Lorain, and Geauga counties. Brandon is a member of various cultural and educational institutions in Greater Cleveland, such as the Western Reserve Historical Society and the Cleveland Museum of Natural History.

Reservation Policy – All attendees are encouraged to register in advance and walk-in reservations will be accepted on a space-available basis only. Meeting cost is $20 for members when paid in advance before noon 11/07/11. Meeting cost is $30 for members at the door and $30 for guests. If you reserve and are unable to attend, please call the office to cancel by noon 11/07/11 to avoid a no-show reservation billing.

Continuing Education – EPC Cleveland will request credit for this program from the CFP® Board of Standards for CFP® designation holders.
