About the Program
Building a thriving family business is about getting the right people in the right seats – and sometimes that’s not just family members. Who should be on the team? Financial advisors, insurance professionals, planned giving advisors, valuation professionals, business attorneys and/or estate planning attorneys? Learn how to connect with key family decision makers and how to identify your team’s capabilities, passion, energy, and skill, as well as when to adapt to changing times. KIKO will also share how selling comes into succession planning and show creative examples to get it done.
About the Speaker
Dick Kiko Jr. is CEO/Broker/Auctioneer of KIKO Realtors, Auctioneers and Advisors, a fifth-generation, family-owned company founded in 1945 and known for delivering real estate and auction advice that helps sellers reach their goals. With licenses in Ohio and Pennsylvania, Dick also holds a bachelor’s degree with honors from the University of Dayton and notable experience at Fortune 500 companies Proctor & Gamble, KKR & Co.’s Borden Foods, and GE Capital.

Continuing Education – EPC Cleveland will request approval for this program from the CFP® Board of Standards for CFP® designation holders. A certificate of completion will be available for those AEP®, CPA, and CWS designees who feel the program satisfies their continuing education requirements.
Reservation Policy –
IN PERSON: All attendees are encouraged to register in advance and walk-in reservations will be accepted on a space-available basis only. The meeting cost is $35 for members when paid in advance before noon 09/06/24, $50 for members at the door, $50 for guests, and $210 for a table of six (can be mix of members and non-members - please submit names to admin@epccleveland.org by 09/06/24). If you reserve and are unable to attend, please call the office to cancel by noon 09/06/24 to avoid a no-show reservation billing.
