About the Program
Join our conversation demonstrating the value of collaboration between divorce attorneys and trust/estate attorneys in settling high net worth divorces. The presentation will provide a short ‘primer’ on common issues encountered in high net worth divorces to give the audience background and context. Our speakers will then outline a variety of potential ‘tools’ that can be used to resolve those issues, including prenuptial agreements, postnuptial agreements, and trusts that can be used in lieu of property division, spousal support or child support. Our presentation focuses on creative solutions from practicing attorneys in the high net worth space.
