About the Program
The presentation will address the importance of planning for incapacity and long-term care as we age, as well as planning for individuals who are born with a disability. It will focus on the legal documents we should make sure are in place and will include an overview of the government support programs available to those with lifelong or acquired disabilities. We will discuss the importance of protecting eligibility for these benefits and services with the documents we draft.
