Webinar: Who Cares About Being Secure: SECURE, CARES and the New World of Planning for Qualified Plans and IRAs sponsored by University Hospitals
About the Program
The minimum distribution rules that applied to many IRAs and retirement plans were around for over 30 years. Just before COVID-19 changed our entire world, the SECURE Act was signed into law in December 2019 and fundamentally changed the world of planning with retirement benefits. Get back up to speed on the SECURE Act rules, learn the additional changes from the CARES Act, and learn how to apply those new rules and when to stick with the old ones.
